Order Policies
Construction of units take a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 14 days. After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Upon shipping the unit you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. Standard shipping is 5-7 days. On the 12th of each month we open our list to take orders for the upcoming month. We suggest placing your order as soon as possible but at least 2 weeks before the date you desire the unit.
It is suggested that you provide your head circumference for an adequate however if you do the not wish to we will construct your unit with a 22" circumference (average head size).
Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $45 and the unit is constructed and shipped within 5-7 days.
We operate Monday - Saturday so if you place an order on Sunday it will not be processed until the following Monday.
